I am from Carmel, CA ...My husband and I were married at the Cabo Azul October 22-11. We had 40 people stay with us at the Cabo Azul and everyone fell in love! I stayed there the week before the big day with my mother, sister, and two year old nephew...it was the best time ever! They gave my sister a two bedroom room just so she could be on the ground floor as a safely precaution for her son. Very kid friendly! I was in communication with Georgina and the fabulous wedding team for eight months and never ran into a single problem! They responded to several e-mails a day and were patient and helpful. They made the wedding experience so stress free and fun! Grace and the team in Laguna beach were extremely accommodating as well ...all the wedding guests that were staying at the Cabo Azul all commented on how easy it was to book their reservation and all their special requests were fulfilled. The wedding week was so organized , Georgina and her team took care of absolutely everything and every detail and request was fulfilled. They do not miss a thing! There was a chance of rain on the wedding day and the team quickly came up with back up plans and solutions...luckily there was no rain and the original plan was executed to perfection. The staff is friendly, the food is great(the habinero ceviche was a group favorite!), the drinks are great, the rooms are gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. My sister and I worked out every day in gym..they had great equipment,music, and filtered water. The spa is gorgeous and the treatments are reasonably priced and excellent. Everyone preferred that the hotel was in San Jose opposed to Cabo Lucus, they felt it was more relaxed and down to earth then down town. Everyone enjoyed the town of San jose and only ventured into Cabo san Lucas only for a night of fun. We stayed at the One and Only Pamilla for our honey moon it was nice and different but in no means better then the Cabo Azul. 40/40 people loved the Cabo Azul, it was an amazing week and we are so glad we chose to get married here, we do not regret one thing!***FYI Francisco Estrada*** was a great wedding photographer he had our picture album and disk sent to us when we were on our honey moon, it was a great surprise to come back from the pool and get to look at all the wonderful pictures! He was great! Leona did a great job the the flowers...she was VERY PATIENT and so helpful!!!
